So I just passed the 30 day mark for the program. I'm now down 16 lbs! This program is awesome. Last night, I did my first pull-up ever....not just one either...I did 5! I've also found from doing the Yoga X and X Stretch programs that my flexiblity is greatly improved
Tomorrow begins my greatest challenge since starting the program---VACATION! I leave for Vegas tomorrow for the weekend and then over to
Disneyland on Monday. I'm going to do my best to keep up with my food plan but other than walking I don't see myself doing any intense workouts. I'm curious to see how this affects my progress.....
