P&PFC parking at Contem??

Hi all! We're doing the Pirates and Pals fireworks cruise on our upcoming trip. I know that if you're eating at the hotel, you get to park for free for (I think) 2 hours, right? What about for the cruise? We have to take 2 cars since there are 7 of us going. Do we tell the guard it's for the cruise and will they let us park? We have to be there at 6:30 and the fireworks aren't scheduled to start until 8. I don't know how long it would take to get back to the Contemporary and if they'd stay out on the lake for the Electrical pageant.

Will we get something to stick in the window? How long are we allowed to park there? The CM said to be IN the lobby no later than 6:30. My dad's in an ECV, so it will take some time to unload and get him settled in. So we'd probably get there around 6:10 or 6:15. I just don't want to get in trouble or have cars get towed! lol I don't want to break any rules, but for $340, I figure we should at least get to park at the hotel!!

Yes you can park there for free for the cruise. You may or may not get something for your window. We went in April and did not get anything. They just let us on in. We also had two cars. We went an hour and a half early and had something to eat (not reserved) and one of our cars stayed a long time after the cruise. It wasn't a problem.
