P&P party type invitation?

I am wondering if one of you fellow talented bunch, has made up a P&P party that i could use for Christmas. We are going in February, and want to surprise them at Christmas. We hoped to do the Christmas Mickey phone call but because we booked before Nov 23rd are ineligible. I would then like to print a party invitation. Thanks so much in advance.
If you can/willing to personalize it my DD's names are Emily and Erica.
If not, i would be more then pleased with a generic version..
