It was suggested back on page 1 and DH and I are liking it but I don't think we're sold....

It would depend on the looks of the cat (or dog). It seems a name to fit a "raggedy" sort of looking coat on an animal.

She is way too sweet and friendly to be named after Cruella Deville.
