This was featured on Dr.Oz and my sister in law tried it and swears by it. Just found out that a neighbor is doing it and she to loves it. I would love to hear others thoughts on it. I have read part of her book and it sounds interesting and exciting.

Anyone else try it?
 
Don't think I've ever heard of it...what is it about???:confused3

What I gether is that you eat lean protien, veggies and fruit. There is a reset phase where you do not excercise and only eat from the plan then the next phase you add excercise and it is core, strengthing, and cardio. zthe disc supposedly mix it up by day. It seems very basic and healthy and not at all a fad. I was hoping others had heard about it or tried it.
