I am sore all over. I did step aerobics for the first time in about a year yesterday. I think my body is falling apart:rolleyes: Can someone hand me my arm? I can't pick it up;) LOL
 
You know the old saying, No Pain, No Gain!!! Just think of all of the good you are doing!
 
Try doing some light stretching. It will hurt at first, but when I release the stretch, I feel less sore.

I agree with the light stretching, it will be a bear to start, but you will feel much better. Do you have access to a pool? A few nice slow laps can do wonders too.

Thanks, the stretching has done wonders. Who knew I was so out of shape? LOL All right I knew . I just didn't want to admit it;)
I could pool it after work but I am opting to hit the gym again for some tread mill work and maybe a Pilates class (more stretching:) )
Watch out I am on a roll:cool:
 
Ouch! Stretching is good, but it that doesn't help, chocolate will! ;) ;) :) :) Good luck on your fitness goals!! :D
 
Oh I know how you feel. I hate when I haven't played softball for awhile and I all of a sudden get into it again, my whole body is completely sore the next day. But stretching afterwards definitely helps.
 
LOL Jana.... I think I'd feel the same way. I am sooo lazy when it comes to doing exercise... I'll think I'll just pay and get the liposuction done. ;) :)

I think I'll have to join you.LOL. I actually had to go to the chiropracters today. I pinched a nerve and pulled muscles.:rolleyes: My mother should have named me Grace:rolleyes:
