Ownership Transfer Timeline

I emailed new deed and new owner information form to MA over 3 weeks ago. I have not heard anything from MA. I am sure they are crazy busy, but any ideas on how long until I hear something? I called today and was told no info over the phone and to email the information...which I already did. Should I do it again?
I just want to know they received the forms and that it is in the works. (This was a gratuitus transfer not a sale) Overly excited and impatient I guess and I would like to book something!
