Owner's locker for sale?

I will be closing out at least one of my Owner's Locker. Can the purple bin associated with the account be sold? I know I can sell the bin, but someone could take over the account and save the initial start up cost. What do you think?

Right now Owner's Locker has a joint promotion with DVC where DVC Members get the locker for free and free service for 6 months, then the next 6 months are half-off at $5.50/month.

The lockers that come with this promotion are a limited edition blue locker with the DVC logo on the side. Notice of this was sent in the November/December Member Insider email as well as in the Winter 2017 Disney Files magazine that came out early this month. Signup for the deal may be done via the DVC Member site.

I suppose there could be a market for a used purple locker, but no benefit to take over an existing account as long as this promotion is in effect.
