The hats and the scarves are so cute! We're in the desert too, but it gets cold in the winters here.

I love that Owen asked if he could ride the roller coasters. That is so cute. He's going to have so much fun! It will be so fun getting to meet in just a few more weeks.

And I totally know what you mean about not stopping for the characters. Evan really likes them but we only stopped if the lines weren't too long and we didn't seek them out. Now we're going to get to have more fun with it.

Today is a special treat because it is the last day before my little girl gets braces!! The top and bottom set of braces go on tomorrow and she is THRILLED!! I'll be sure to post pictures!

Owen is having a hard time with the reality that Halloween is over! Every time I take down the decorations, I turn around and they are back up. Ha! He keeps saying.. "but I LOVE Halloween.. it not over." The rest of us are looking forward to a super fun, family filled Thanksgiving this year!! We are so grateful that our entire family, on both sides, live within miles of us.

Back to the Gives!! We received two packages today and the kids were thrilled.. as usual! The first package they opened was from disname: scouthawkk!! The package was awesome and had Owen's favorite characters sledding in the snow. Great packaging!!

We all had our own packages inside..

She made our entire family Christmas outfits!!!! They are so great and we love them SO much!! I can't wait to wear them to the Christmas party at GKTW and again at Magic Kingdom!! We are going to have several costume changes at the parks.. that's for sure!

Kamryn got a Pluto embroidered shirt with a fantastic twirl skirt! I don't sew.. but this looks like Jen put a TON of work into it!! Kamryn loves it so much and said she is "SO wearing this on Christmas day!"

Our second package of the day came from disname: Tonyababyrn!!

It was specifically for Sis and she was so excited to get her own package! She got the cutest Tinkerbell stripwork quilt!! It is warm and girly and she loves it so much!!

THANK YOU.. it will get a ton of use!!

She also sent some great light up goggles, which the kids quickly opened!

And some super cute Zebra Lip Knee Socks.. she loves them!! Thanks so much W. Family!!! Kamryn is totally in love with everything.. you are awesome!!

That wraps up todays gives. Today hit a total of 29 gives!! How amazing are all the big givers? I have had several people email me, facebook me and comment on my blog about where they can send donations or sign up to help out with the Big Give. They are touched by the generosity of others. I can't wait to sign up for future gives when we get back from our trip. We have some great ideas!!

Awesome Big Gives! I love the matching Christmas shirts and outfits. They are adorable! And that quilt is awesome! What great fun it has been watching your kids open the packages and seeing what they have received!

Wow, the skirt ended just about where I had originally planned! Hopefully that isn't too long, I was going for the maxi-dress length. The kids look great!

And I love those zebra/lip socks! I think I may have to see if I can find some in my size!

Kamryn got braces on this morning and looks so adorable!! I posted about it on my blog.

Our big give of the day came from disnam:Tonyababyrn (for Owen)! She also made Kamryn's super cute Tink quilt from yesterday, which she slept with and is cuddled in reading a book right now. Thank you!

Guess who else got a super comfy fleece blanket? Owen LOVES his Spiderman comfy blanket. It is so soft and warm and it'll be the perfect addition to his morning cartoons! He loves it!!

He also got some fun goodies.. glow bracelets (which we are waiting to use at the parks), a Spiderman ice pack, a hulk travel toothbrush (love it!), and a Triton. He opened the Triton before the blanket and has been playing with it ever since..

I love his smile in this one.. I know he's thinking.. What can I do with this?!

Thank you so much for everything!! Owen loves his blanket and goodies! You are so awesome! I need to learn how to make these no sew fleece blankets. Someday.

We are at the FIFTEEN DAY countdown!! I don't have the words to explain, but it doesn't seem real. The idea that we will be on a plane in a couple weeks, flying to Orlando, is just crazy.

I haven't started packing. I haven't planned or organized a single thing. I have sent several emails to Kamryn's teachers to make sure she gets her assignments prior to our trip since she's missing 10 school days. She'll come back to five days of school before Christmas break! She's a smarty pants and we'll be on a plane for a total of 9 hours (combined), so she'll have plenty of time to get some math and social studies finished.

Kamryn's dance team was just contacted by a Disney rep asking them if they wanted to accompany the Disney float at the Fiesta Bowl parade this year. They want all the girls dressed as Jesse and they are providing the costume shirts and hats. They are going to start working on the routine.. but I think Disney wants them to do the Hoedown Throwdown by Miley Cyrus.. so that should be fun! It's the day before New Years and is televised nationally... the kids are excited!!

They have another parade the evening before our trip. It's a Christmas Light parade and they the float is decked out in a wintry Candyland Theme. Each girl will be covered in lights and will dance to "Marshmellow World". We are so excited for that too!!

Before we get into our Christmas fun, we are totally excited for Thanksgiving with family this week!!
