Overwhelmed with choices for rental

Hi,

We will be traveling 5/1-5/8 (myself, DBF, and at time of travel DD4, DD1). Would like to stay in a Windsor Hills townhome.

Have received a lot of replies through windsorhillsrent.com but I'm having a hard time trying sorting through all the information. We only plan on 2 Disney days and 2 Universal days so a lot of down time to play in the pool.

Can anyone recommend someone they have used?

We used All Star Homes several times, and had great service every time. Windsor Hills was our favorite location.

We rent from www.disneyneighbor.com. We have stayed in their units approx 6-7 times with no issues. The owners are very responsive, the units clean and the price is right! Good luck!

One thing to remember: you don't need the absolute very best home. Just a great one that meets your particular needs---and there might be several of those. If so, great! Just go ahead and book one.

This is great advice. I have narrowed down considerably what matters to us most and have slowly whittled down my options.

Hopefully we will make a decision soon.

Why aren't you going to owners directly at vrbo.com. Vrbo.com let's you negotiate with owners and we have rented homes and condos from owners several times. I found the management companies add a premium to the price.

I did use VRBO which is why I became overwhelmed with all the emails. As per my previous post, I have narrowed down what is important to us which is making our decision a little easier. Pricing for a 3bedroom townhome has been pretty consistent even with the management companies.
