Overwhelmed with A&E FP logistics

The A&E M&G is our ONE must do FP+ reservation for this trip. We are going mid april.

Here's my situation:
-my mom, myself, and my three kids are on a reservation at AllStar Sports from the 8th to the 12th.
-my husband does not have an on site reservation
-really, we are staying off site, though my mom is staying on site at All StarSports and sometimes my kids will want to sleep with her there and we want my youngest to be able to nap there as we take breaks from the parks. so, we're on that reservation but couldn't put my DH on or we'd go over occupancy.
-so we're a party of 6, though only 5 of us are technically "on site" guests. my youngest is under 3.
-my mom is leaving on the 12th, but we are staying until the 15th, so we have park tickets that go beyond when she will leave. She had to have park tickets for those two extra days, because we're on the same room reservation so we will have her magic band for those last two days, but we won't have an onsite room anymore.

What do I do? I'm so confused. We can book out at 60 days, but can we book only until our checkout date so that I should look for FPs on the 12th? can I link my DH's MDE account and get him a FP+ ressie with us at the 60 day mark or no because he's off site? Help, please!

When your FP booking window opens, begin booking for your check-out day.

Link your DH's MDE to this MDE and your booking window will include him. You can book for your complete party.

For your last two days when you are offsite, you'll have to wait until your 60-day booking window rolls forward to each of those final park days. So, 60 days out from each offsite day, you'll be able to book.
