Overweight at Universal Studios/Sea World in CA

Hi everyone. I am very concerned about being able to ride the rides at Universal Studios and Sea World in California. I've read that the Disney rides are pretty accomodating for large people but I haven't been able to find anything about US and SW. I am about 218-220 lbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to be able to focus on having fun on our family vacation versus stressing out about the rides.
