Overthinking my May plan, any advice?

So I've been going to Disney for the past twenty years, at least once a year. So this is in no way my first trip and if I miss something, not the end of the world or anything.

I'm going for Mother's Day weekend, as a surprise for my mom and sister. My mom usually accompanies me on my trips but my sister hasn't been in 4 years. So there's a lot she hasn't seen, like Pandora, Toy Story, etc.

We will be there Saturday to Tuesday. We plan to go to the parks on our arrival day and our departure day. Since I have been going for awhile, there are certain parks I avoid on certain days and that's how I can up with this plan. I also wanted to make sure I got in all the things my sister hasn't done.

Day 1 (Arrival): Hollywood Studios
We should all be there around 1 or 2 ish, so I was hoping to get a FP for Runaway Railway, and our other favorites (Aerosmith and Tower). We may stick around for Fantasmic, or take the boats to Epcot to see Epcot Forever, or Harmonious if it's showing by then.

Day 2: Magic Kingdom (AM) and Animal Kingdom (PM)
I really wanted to do MK on Mother's Day and we got a reservation at Be Our Guest (both my mom and sister have never been). I love Animal Kingdom at night. We will probably rope drop rides at MK and get FPs for FoP and other rides at AK.

Day 3: Epcot (AM) and Magic Kingdom (PM)
I hate doing Epcot on a weekend, especially when there is a festival. So I tried to keep Epcot to a weekday. I also love riding the monorail to and from Epcot/Magic Kingdom. I will most likely to the same thing as day 1, rope drop Epcot, and get FPs at Magic Kingdom. My sister also hasn't seen Happily Ever After so we can do that too.

Day 4 (Departure): Hollywood Studios
I honestly wish we were spending more time in AK and Epcot, but there's so much in Hollywood Studios that is new. I planned to get FPs for Slinky and Alien, and hopefully get into a boarding group for Rise, but I won't be super disappointed either way.

Thoughts? Changes?

What time are you leaving on your departure day? I’d try and prioritize HS more in order to make sure you get a chance to ride rotr. Going for a BG on the day you leave can be tricky. I’d change your plans to give yourself a better shot at it. Even if you aren’t big on Star Wars it should be at the top of your list imo.

I won't leave until around 4 pm. I love Star Wars, but like I mentioned, if I don't ride it, I will survive. I'm going to Disneyland later this year, so I can try there. I think I'd be more annoyed if I changed my plans to accommodate that, and I didn't get one. It's a game of chance to get a boarding pass.

I think your plan looks good. I wouldn’t necessarily change anything. I don’t think you need to worry about Flower and Garden on the weekends thought. It’s not Food and Wine. We’ve been on Sun several times and it’s been fine. I wouldn’t necessarily change it to be on the weekend but if you needed to you could.
