Overstock.com question

Anyone belong to Club O (for $19.95/year)? Is it worth it? Their shipping rates aren't bad even withouth the membership fee. What other perks come with being a member? There are a few things I'm thinking of ordering and wondering if Club O is worth it?

I buy from them all the time but didn't join. Mostly because I am on their email list and they always send email deals for free or $1.00 shipping. Even their regular shipping price of $2.95 is super cheap so I didn't think it was worth it.

I also have bought from them several times in the past, but never enough to even think about joining. Their already low shipping costs are fine with me.
