Oversized verandahs?

Are the oversized verandahs only on deck 5 on the Fantasy? I thought I remembered reading something a week or so ago about oversized ones near the rear of the ship on a higher deck. I know we don't want one on deck 5 and have everyone looking down on us all the time.

The aft extended verandas are category 5E.
