Overseas Cast member silver maingate pass question

Hello! Wonder if anyone could help me out on this question.
We are from HK... my HK Disney cast member friend is planning to join us for WDW trip this year. And she said her silver maingate pass could get herself plus 3 other guests in.

My question is, if we split up after entering the gate...are we able to park hopper without her? Coz it affect how we plan our days...

Also does that means we are unable to book FP 60days in advance if we don't have any tickets linked to our MDE... (We are staying in site)

Oh... And does anyone know how much CM discount for merchandise? '

Unless you are immediate family the CM has to remain with there guests at all times or could face termination. If y'all chose to split up your taking that risk.

If your staying on site, the CM should be able to link there pass to MDE, then there guest passes will appear and you can schedule the FP+ 60days ahead.

The Discount depends on where the CM falls on the Disney food chain based on seniority, hourly/salaried, and possibly being a overseas CM. Discounts are not supposed to be revealed in detail by CMs so they'll just have to try when purchasing an item. As for the discount only the CM can use it, not their guests. Going against that could face in termination.

They couldn't possibly stick with us for all day when we visit during their working hours. I better ask her to check the rules first. In fact I have my own tickets already. But if she is joining us... I would love to save the days on my Non expire ticket for next trip.

And yes we will be staying on site. Them ... haven't find out about the staff discounted room. Worst case if nothing available we could all share my already booked room and the DVC room for the 2nd half of the trip.

What I posted was the rules and information regarding the US parks and Cast. As far as I'm aware it would fall to any CM visiting our parks. When we as US CMs go over sees, were expected to follow the CM rules of those parks.
