I apologize in advance for any redundancy:

If your resort balance is paid off, can you still call Disney and apply money to your account?
Or can this only be done before the balance is paid.
(We have a webcerticate that we'd like to apply to our room charge, but don't have time to wait for a physical card.)
TIA :earsboy:

if you overpay your balance, they apply it as a credit to your room charge. we've done this many times in the past as a way to save spending money. :D

that's what i was hoping.
i just wasn't sure if i could still do it since the balance is already paid in full.
excellent news.
Thanks! :earsboy:

There was a point in which they were asking that you didn't over pay, and if you did it would no longer be held on credit but returned to your credit card. I'm not sure if this is still being done, but please keep in mind that it could be something that happens.
