Overnight increase?

Yesterday I booked YC with a PH discount. Today the same room/days is $500 more for the 3 days. Just wondering what's up with this and happy I decided to book yesterday.

The rates sure did go up. The exact same package I have booked went up $350!

I think Disney is heading in the way of pricing the rooms as they do in the cruise industry. The more the rooms get booked the higher they go. This used to never be the case. The rack rates used to stay put for the year, not now. Reports of room prices going up here and there are not uncommon now. Overnight prices too.
