Overall trip

Alrighty well time to tell about my trip or Orlando..First me and my fiance decided to go to Orlando from Sept. 1-7. Our drive down there from panama city was nice. She slept mosted the way, plus I like concentrating on my driving on the interstate. We got there around 3:30 Eastern at our hotel which we chose the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Villlage. Let me tell you this is a great hotel. I expected mediocore but this hotel is in a great location, has a little food court downstairs with pizza hut, starbucks and just about anything you need. Our room was very clean and was kept that way.. The first day is always a rest day from the long trip. The next day we started our journey to MGM. She had never been to mgm and was really excited about the star tours so thats where we started first....she thought it would be a little bit more grown but was still a fun ride. The crowds that friday werent really that bad but I knew they would get bigger getting closer to labor day. We got kinda sad because half way through the day it started to pour. We got to ride all the main rides ie rocking rollercoaster, tower of terror...she really wanted to see the indiana jones show but because of the storm they only showed the first scene. Kinda put a damper on anything but once the rain ended it was good to go. The next day we went to islands of adventure and of course had a blast on all the coasters. We ended the day a little early because we gotta kind of tired from all the walking and the heat...we ate at hard rock and then left to go back to the hotel. Sunday we went to animal kingdom another place she's never been.. She loved every bit of this park....We also went to the rainforest cafe in which that is probably one of the best restaurants i've ever been to...all the animals were out during the safari too....Monday we hit up magic kingdom and turned into little kids again. I think we litterally did every single ride in the park...we rode space mountain 5 times before the end of the night.... tuesday was our rest day before we left....had ressies for medival times which is an awesome dinner show. Overall the trip was so awesome and we were both very sad when we had to leave. I want to thank alot of you for your recommendations on restaurants because we ate at a lot of great ones.....hollywood brown derby..amazing and great service....rainforest cafe like i said one of the best.....cheesefactory in the mall of millenia very good food and i spent $100 on cheesecake to bring home. thanx again

It sounds like you had a lot of fun, and I know that feeling of sadness when it's time to go home. When I'm there I always look around and see what I want to do for my next trip, so I'm planning even before I get home!
