Over the Door Shoe Holders

I bought one at the Dollar Store (due to these boards), and my wife could not understand why. After the cruise, she said it was the best idea.
She is the one who did not want to get a minivan either, but after three months of driving one, she stated that she did not know why she thought all those other people were wrong.
By the way, the little suction hooks for the shower were used a lot also for swimsuits.

Where can I order one of these from online? I never see any around here... Well, I do but they cost $45

I live in Concord, CA. I bought mine at Walmart for my daughter's Barbies/Bratz and smaller stuffed animals. (To keep away from the dog and cats). Big Lots on Monument occasionaly carries them as well. Kmart and Target are a good bet as well.

We added a four Pack of the "suction cup" hooks to go with the Over the Door Shoe hanger. we were in a Cat 11 and used the suction hook to hang the OTHSH above the commode for all the bathroom stuff: contact cases and solution, bath gel, shampoo, sunscreen, hair brushes, toothpaste, battery operated toothbrushes, etc.....and that was just for DD and ME. DH had a toiletries bag that came with our luggage that he hung on the towel bar.

NEXT cruise, I'm taking TWO...one for shoes.

We also put a suction hook on the mirror near the door to hang our lanyards on with our KTTWs in them. That way they were ready to grab as we went out the door.

We bought one for use last year, but now I am using it for my shoes. I do not want to use it again for this coming trip. I will have to check the ones mentioned above for 4.99. I think I paid about $10 for mine last year at K-mart.

Personally, I NEVER take anything out of it.

We do alot of short visits to family and vacations. We just keep everything in it at all times. I have velcro on the tops for most of them. I then roll it up put it in one of my DCL plastic bags and throw it in a tote suitcase.

I do check expiration dates on medicines and toothbrushes are kept at the top because we don't leave these in.

a tip that someone else mentioned that I am going to bring is the pre-soaped cleaning towels for mugs to wash out. I guess you could take a small bottle of liquid dish detergent.

I might actually buy another to keep shoes in on the other side of the door. Gee, what a novel idea!!!
