over new years?

We are goint to be at DL and CA December 30 - January 2. Would we be better off going to the parks on the 30th and Jan 1 than to go near it on New Years eve? We can shift our days one day later if we have to. Or should we just wait until the 1st and 2nd of January?

The Rose Bowl is the National Championship game this year. It will be on January 3. Probably the earlier the better or wait until the 3rd on. If no Pac-10 team is in it, it will probably be busier than ever, since fewer of those who will travel to see it will have ever been to DL. The Rose Bowl hold over 100K. Lots of the crowd will be finding other things to do before and after the game.

We went about 10 years ago when the University of Washington was in it. It was a mad house.
