Had to laugh at this one...
We were at Universal Studios for our annual visit last week in August. Wife and kids went to see a sneak preview of the new NBC show Surface. I decided to pass on the preview and ride mummy a couple of times and just hang out.
Well one of those guys with a clip board comes over and starts to ask me to take a survey about which NBC shows I watch. After the 1st two questions he asks if I'm between the age of 35-45. I reply I'm 54 (I look young I guess). As soon as I give my age, he quickly ends the survey???
I question him why the sudden end to the survey and he says they are only allowed to survey people under 50!
Later that week, I see a 60 Minutes show that says all the advertising these days is directed to the "younger" generation who are busy running up bills on dad's credit card.
Let me tell you - I spend a heck of a lot more money than my kids!
Who dreams up this stuff?
