Hi, I have a few questions about things to do for CPers. Aside from the Disney Parks, what kind of nightlife is there that a lot of CPers engage in? I will be turning 21 during my CP so I am wondering what do underage as well as of age participants do??
Also, since I am turning 21... Will I be placed in "wellness housing" and then moved to 21+ housing once I turn 21??

There's a lot of nightlife aside from the Disney Parks in Lake Buena Vista and in Orlando. As far as on Disney property goes, it's a big thing to go to House of Blues in DTD on Sunday nights. It's free if you're 21 and up; $12-15 if you're 19 or 20 (at least it was on my program in 2011).
Off property, it's also a big thing for CPs to go BWW in the Crossroads plaza down the road from Vista on Wednesday nights. The DTD bus will take you to and from there.
There are also a lot of clubs in Orlando that CPs have party buses for on certain nights (I wasn't 21 on my program and wasn't a big partier, so I'm not sure which clubs the party bus goes to on certain nights). You'll be able to gather a lot of this information relatively quickly at the start of your program.
I can't remember what night of the week it is (I want to say Monday or Tuesday), but a lot of CPs go to the Applebee's across the SR535 from Vista to drink. I think it's Karaoke Night. There are a bunch of random bars around as well, such Ale House, that a lot of Cast Members in general go to.

It's a lot of fun being there when you're 18-20, but it's even more so when you're 21.
And as far as housing goes, you'll be placed in Wellness if you're only 20 when you get there. In order to move into a Non-Wellness apartment after your birthday, you have to personally request to do so based on availability. One of my best friends on the program was able to do this a couple weeks after her birthday.
