I just had to brag a bit... I've been saving all the money I use from coupons and rebates and I've saved just over $150 since August 23rd. And I still have $20 in rebates that I'm waiting to receive and $6 that I owe the pot (I never seem to have cash on me). Woo hoo!!! All this is, of course, going toward the next WDW trip. And to assuage my guilt, I've putting 10% in our charity box, that way I feel better about saving for a luxury (although one could argue that WDW is occasionally a necessity :lmao:)!

Way to go!!! I like the idea of keeping track of my coupon savings. Do you just save your receipts and then add the coupon amounts up? What about when you do CVS? Do you count your extra bucks in there?

Interesting idea! Thanks for sharing. I'm gonna keep track of mine!

Thanks :goodvibes
Actually, I haven't been to CVS in probably close to a year. There just isn't one close enough to me to make it worthwhile. This was mostly from coupons used at WalMart, the regular supermarket, Michaels, and one for an oil change that saved me $6. And then a couple of rebate checks that I cashed and immediately added to my stash. There was also some loose change lying around that got tossed in, but I figure that was only a dollar or 2 at most. But it definitely has given me a incentive to be more vigilant about using coupons :rotfl:

I guess a couple of generations ago they used to give you your coupon savings back in cash. Oh how I wish!
