Outside photographers into Parks

I have seen a couple of people have managed to have outside photographers at their events inside Epcot, I was just wondering how people managed this? I would really like my photographer to come take photos at my DP but I was under the impression this was not allowed?

It's not. The pictures you've seen must be from before they instituted the rule.

I know there is a photographer that has been in the parks recently, and it's against Disney policy. Strickly against the rules, and I frown upon that because I would never even ask a photographer to break the rules, putting them at risk of getting banned from Disney.

But if it's a risk they are willing to take...

Also like the previous post most of them that you see with outside photgraphers were from a few years ago, when this was allowed. But I wouldn't risk that chance. If you really want an outside photographer do something outside the parks.
