We are visiting Disney in October and when we come back to Florida in April, plan to visit Universal (having never been before). I don't want to purchase tickets for both Disney and Universal in April, but I suspect we will all be missing Disney. I have been trying to think of ways to get our Disney "fix" without entering the Parks - and had thought we could repeat the following things we have done before that don't require a park ticket - Mickeys BYBBQ, visiting Disney Springs, the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Cruise and Chip & Dales Campfire sing-a-long. Is there anything else that I could consider doing?? Thanks

I know you said no parks, but did you consider the water parks? That’s how we get our fix when we aren’t doing a full park trip. That and rising the monorail loops!

Thanks teacher31 - I hadn't planned on the waterparks as we will have access to Volcano Bay. I do like a ride on the monorail though :-)

Mini golf, evening walk around the boardwalk area, viewing fireworks from outside the parks, various boat rides around resort areas, and I second the monorail rides. Though being so close to MK and EPCOT on the monorail might make it harder!

I would't be able to get that close without doing one day in the MK. We've done a one day stop in the MK many times after a trip to the beach.
