Outlook email-anyone having problems?

I don't know if it is my computer, server or Outlook but I can't get the program to finish sending/receiving emails. Anyone else having problems?

Who do you send and receive email through? Usually when I'm having issues with mine it is because of an issue with my incoming or outgoing mail server.
