Has anyone ever been to the Disney Outlet Store in St. Augustine FL.? We are driving down for our Land and Sea vacation and are wondering if it's worth stopping at this outlet to "pre buy" some souveniers for our children.

Haven't been to that one, but there is a Disney outlet in the Lake Buena Vista outlet mall by WDW. Sometimes they have a great assortment of stuff at super prices....and other times they have like nothing.

The best times are right after WDW changes their theme...like at the end of "100 Years of Magic", etc.

Hi,there !

I live in St Augustine. The Disney store at the outlet mall is ok and would be worth a stop. I have found some really decent deals there in the past. It is one of the larger Disney outlet stores that I have visited. It is just off I-95 so it's nice and close to the highway if you are not planning to stay in the area. (there are two outlet malls at SR16 (St Augustine Prime and St Augustine Premium) - the Disney store is at the outlet on the left as you exit the highway, if you are travelling south).

They almost always have great deals on the basic t-shirts (some at $4.99) and a couple of months ago, they had Pirates of the Caribbean watches for $1.99 - great stocking stuffers, etc!). Be aware that they also sell items that are not discounted so you need to check the tags..

On another topic - I see you are from Canada! I lived there for most of my life. I was brought up in Nova Scotia and lived in Ontario for 3 years. I miss my home!

Enjoy your trip!:):thumbsup2

We also have an outlet in South Florida. Sometimes, you can find some really great deals and walk out of the store with bagfuls of things. Other times, there is nothing. As Savetheseaturtles mentioned, check the prices since some things are the same price as in the parks. The one thing we always seem to get are the pins, they are usually only $4 or less which is a lot less then in the parks.

We went there! I loved it! :) They had some cool kitchen things that I bought like a mickey teapot. Also pirates of the caribbean picture frame, pirates shot glass, Disney board games, scrapbook stuff, etc. I can't wait to go back and see what they have!

Decent outlet; there has been an abundance of kid's clothes lately. And they have pin trading with the CMs there on Friday (or Sat?) nights.
