Outlet shopping near Disney

We booked a last minute Disney trip 10 days ago and leave tomorrow! Temps here are in the teens and the outlook forecast is calling for close to 80s the next two weeks in sunny FL. I have like two short sleeve tops and need to do a bit of shopping the day we arrive. I believe there are two different outlet malls, one being on the pricey side and the other a bit more budget friendly. I need the budget friendly one. Anyone know the name to this outlet mall or even better an address?

A google search brings up this http://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlet/orlando-vineland/about but I don't know about expensive or not expensive. It looks to be a 20ish minute drive from Disney.

I'm sure you've already thought of this but I would probably just buy some Disney shirts in a gift shop on our first day and go with that
