Outlet? Please help

I have seen on here the info about the Beliz ( not sure I spelled that right) outlets that have the Disney Catalog and Disney Character stores. Could someone either tell me about this or post the link the that thread.

I would like to get directions and know which shops I should go to in order to get clothing, postcards and other Disney and Universal stuff. Thanks in advance only 2 more days so please post fast!!! I apprecaite all the help I can get!
