Outdoor locations in May

How risky does everyone think it would be having a ceremony at SBP at the start of May? Am slightly worried about chance of rain & have no clue on what weathers normally like that time of year in Orlando

Can any one share their experiences with me please

I ve been told that the back up location is a conference room which is making me extremely panicky .

I know theres always a risk of rain but am hoping Mays known in Orlando for being non stop brilliant sunshine

Hiya,

We got married at SBP three weeks ago on May 5th and the weather was beautiful. No rain. We were there from May 1 through May 9th and there was only one very quick shower on May 3rd.

May is also great because of what I mentioned in another thread I think you started... Gardenias are in bloom lining both sides of the curved SBP walk ways and they smell amazing! I am not sure what other months they are in bloom, but in early May they were perfect.

We got married just over a year ago at the Yacht Club. The weather was perfect in May!

Not that this will add much to Nikki's weather report, but we too were married at 5pm on May 5th and can report only the same ten minutes of rain at about 9:15pm on Saturday, May 3rd. It was abnormally warm that week (90 plus degrees) so we were all sweating...but it's better than freezing!
