Outdoor Kitchens at Epcot Flower and Garden Festival

Im planning on purchasing the Deluxe dinning plan...are the outdoor kitchens at Epcot included?

You could use snack credits at the Outdoor Kitchens during the past 2 F&G festivals for any non-alcoholic food or beverage item so hopefully this will continue. The DxDDP has 2 snack credits per person per night.

They should accept snack credits, but they will not accept meal credits.
