Our Stores Lowering Prices.

Hi. I just got a message from a scrapbooking store and they are now lowering thier paper prices. Do yous know of any other stores that are lowering because of our dollar? I wish they would do it with all the magazines, there is too much of a difference in price.

Walmart is charging the US price on the magazine's right now.

Wal-mart lowered some of their toy prices, but I was in Buffalo this past weekend and the toys were still on average $5 cheaper at Wal-mart there than the exact toy here.

I don't see the Book stores changing their policy any time soon - it's up to the big publishers and those publishers set the books prices in August. Even at that point, they were way off the currency rates.

Gee that frosts my hiney! I was in there yesterday getting some Christmas ribbon and the tag said 3.49CAD and 1.99US and I had to pay the Cad price. I said this is highway robbery!
