1 WEEK!!!!!! You know what that means...............







Ok, Listen up you bad Banana, tomorrow you're gone!

That bad banana sure isn't getting the hint! It better be gone soon!

Can't believe it is 7 days today!!! Am more or less ready to go - just have my hair and nail appointments to attend this weekend and get my stuff together for the flight journey! Can't believe this time next week I will be on my way to Disney World!

I know - can't believe how close this trip is now!! Only an hour and a half until it is 6 days in the UK!!

I sure am excited!!!! Lol don't worry about it - am glad to see you back on here

Yes, you are at Epcot on our last day so am looking forward to you cheering me up about the prospect of having to head home soon We are at the park from 9.30am until 12ish so if you want to meet at a specific time outside a particular attraction PM me and we'll arrange a meet.

You seem to be all ready for your trip as well!

Can't believe it is only 6 days!! The thing is though I am all ready to go now and am just counting down until the time gets here. This feels like the worst part as although it is so close it still seems so far! I'm sure it will be time to leave before we know it

Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a good week - I believe it is a 4 day one for some of our friends!

Carey (Caretames1) has been very kind in counting down the last few days with me (even if she has been using a bad banana in the mix!) so I thought I would join her in counting down the next few days with some important events that are taking place as part of our trip preparation.

- 2 days until I get my holiday waxing done! Sorry if it's TMI but it's part of the holiday experience, right?
- 3 days until I get my hair coloured and cut (not sure what I'm doing with it...) and get my nails in ship shape condition!
- 4 days until I spend the last Sunday with my family/friends before our trip - that includes my DIS friends as it'll probably be my last full update before I leave!
- 5 days until I spend most of my evening/night on the boards and other Internet sites as I will be unable to sleep - will be too excited about leaving the next day!!
- 6 days until we leave for the airport and board our flight to Disney World!
- 7 days until we spend our first day at the Disney parks and then end it with a lovely dinner at California Grill!!!

So there you have it! 6 days to go!!!!

In terms of my favourite ride (no taking Zaheer into account for this one! ) at DHS (just wrote MGM by mistake!) it will be Tower of Terror!!!

This was not as hard for me as although I may try RnR Coaster the upside down loop on it makes me a bit weary of it! Upside down loops and I do not have a good relationship!

If I was taking Zaheer into account than the favourite would be TSMM - am sure we will both enjoy that as well once we make it through the mad rush!

Anyway, what is your favourite at DHS? I'm guessing it is going to be between RnR Coaster or Tower of Terror - I could be wrong though. Look forward to finding out!

I hope that my NEW favourite ride at HS is going to be Star Wars, but for right now its either RnR or ToT. I actually do better on coasters than on drops, so I'm probably leaning more towards RnR. I think there is something very cool about knowing that the coaster blasts off and goes up the back wall of the building before it goes into a loop. I also love the preshow.

But ToT is great in terms on theming. It really is very cool!

Thanks - can't wait to eat at Cali Grill and think it will be a perfect way to end our first full day!!! I remember you saying that this one and Artist Point rate highly on your signatures list so am looking forward to trying both meals!

OMG I forgot about the new Star Wars ride!!! After all the planning my brain seems to have gone to mush at the last minute - hoping this won't have any impact on our trip!

Will def have to try and give RnR a go so at least I can say I rode it. I have seen videos of the pre show area and it does look very cool!

But ToT is great in terms on theming. It really is very cool!

Can't wait to experience the theming of ToT! Love the waiting area for it!

Hmm don't think many people have said the Great Movie Ride. Lol you don't have to explain why! I remember Great Movie Ride being one I was thinking of trying to fit in if we can and my DIS friends told me I had to try it so it's now firmly included in our plans Will let you know what I think of it after our trip - I hate saying that but suppose have to face the fact that it will happen

Secondly, would have to be ToT...I do love it, just can't do it over and over like I used too...getting older is no fun!!!

I think I will fall in love with ToT even if I do have to ride it all on my lonesome - Zaheer will go nowhere near that ride! Lol know what you mean...my little sister was making fun of me because I couldn't handle a spinning ride at a funfair a while ago. There was a time when I would have been able to ride it again and again with no issues whatsoever...

Favourite DHS ride is Rock n Rollercoaster hands down. I was really terrified of the loops too, but it goes so fast and it's so dark that you barely notice that you were upside down until afterwards!

As much as that was TMI, you just reminded me I had to make my appointment for next week!

Favorite DHS is ToT, but that's just because I haven't been there since most of the other rides open. I remember riding ToT 3 or 4 times in a row one time, it was sooo much fun!

Oh my gosh, I just got on the DISboards and saw that you're trip is less than a week away!!!! That is sooooooo exciting!

Favorite DHS Ride is definitly RnR! It's AMAZING (so long as you like rollercoasters). Oh and a tip. It's easier going upside down if you lean back and look straight forward. (Or so DH says)
From a not so thrill ride point of view (DH) Great Movie Ride is his favorite. He could ride it all day long.
