hockeymomoftwo, I saw a Febreeze commercial last night and thought of you.. :goodvibes :crazy2: (i don't have a puking smiley...bet Cyn does, though..)

Sorry, but I think that I am going to associate your disname with Febreeze for a long, long time...

That is too funny. With 3 boys here playing hockey we do buy Febreeze in bulk. My garage sometimes is horrific to move through if we're taking it all out to dry and destink. Just recently found some febreeze dryer sheets to put inside their skates. Worst part of this is really Dh's gear is the one with real stench. I'm really worried how bad it is going to be my ds's grow up a little more and really stink it up. Everytime I go to one of our highschool games I get a olfactory cue as they walk on by. EWEEEEEEEE

So are you excited over the "3v3 soccer tourney" ? Or are you excited over "have a Home Depot in this town and it is brand new"? :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2:

Disunc

I am excited about both but the first thing I thought of is there is a new hd there to do some swipin. The trials of living in a 1 hd town.

This made me laugh so hard. BOY, do I know that testosterone look. And yes, it can be confused with so many other looks they might have, who knows what the male species is ever really thinking!

With a 15 y/o ds I bet you do know that look. I just keep thinking about how much worse it will be be in a few years. Right now oldest is just turning 8 so he's just started with glazed look and spaced out mind. I'm hoping that once he perfects it a little more it won't be so bad. It doesn't help that he thinks he's a jock and cool. I've been having to correct his attitude quite frequently lately. The worst part is though the girls love him and he just thinks that is the coolest. Never went through the girls are yucky stage. I so dread the teen years with this one.

I wonder how poc is. I'm thinking of going to mcd's today to see if they started getting their toys in. However I think they are not as good as the cars promo was.

I saw a commercial for their POTC contest, but are they putting toys in Happy Meals?? I thought I read (please, I hope I am wrong) that Disney was discontinuing their association with MCD's Happy meal toys...something about nutrition......???? Of course, this won't stop them from keeping the MCd's in DTD, will it???

anybody have a clue as to what I am talking about??

Heh! Well, I was referring to my DH, too, but yeah, between 13 and 15 is really hard. That boy couldn't remember his name let alone what chores I told him to do 30 seconds ago. He's *starting* to get better now, but I think it's still going to continue to be a long process. All those hormones crowd out the functioning brain cells. (He gets soooo mad when I say that, lol).

Oh yeah, and ditto on the boy stink.

That's gross Cyn...and I'm eatng my lunch!! :) (Mmmmmm....clam chowder! Love Friday at the cafetaria!)

HRH dq - I did the POTC game online today - woo hoo - grand prize trip to WDW or DL.... I WILL win!!!!!

Momoftwohp - I'm thinking I will make sure my sons never get into hockey.... they already smell bad enough!

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!

(And the ladies and girls love his curly hair - they always have to touch it..... I'm always" hey, leave him alone!!!!! He's 7!!!!" :) :) :) )

My ds won't live without this.:cloud9: Also check Game stop. I got a used one and they have used games at a pretty good price too! Also good to use in long lines in the parks where kids can't stand still! Of course, they carry it in there OWN waist packs!! :cool1:

I missed this the first time around...what a great idea-my DS's are horrible line standers...this is a great idea!!

Hockeymomoftwo, I may have given this "Queen of Febreeze" title to you in haste...Were you the mom with the puking kids in the middle of the a.m. who was looking for her Febreeze?? That's who I originally was thinking of, although I am sure she would love to SHARE the title with you and your smelly boys.

I need to go get me some...

funny this talk about smelly boys....way back when I used to post on the CB :scared1: one of the threads was.."What does your house smell like?" Everyone was posting homemade bread, their favorite scent of Yankee candle.. , but my post was simply.."boys"..

Yankee Candles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah, THAT"S what my house smells like too!!!!!!!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

(Hey, its the first time I've gotten to use the fallen-on-the-floor guy!!!)

I sure hope Disney doesn't get wind of our LGMHPC obsession - you know the rules about supply and demand - they will probably start charging a fee for Mickey paint chips (but only the lime green ones).

I'm sitting here thinking about all our Secret Green Club members who are winging/driving their way to our favorite laughing place. Oh how I wish I could have joined them. :sad1: I'm glad some of them have laptops and will keep us apprised of their adventures. :surfweb:

By the way, :thanks: for the warm welcome!

If you've ever shared a house/bathroom with a man, perhaps it not only does NOT get outgrown, but gets worse!!

I do have some stinky smilies, but nothing for the generic boy stink. I'd love to have something that was Pigpen-esque (you know, Pigpen from Peanuts), but all I have are these:
