Yeah, well, I know I am older than all but maybe one of you Limers, so there! AND, cobwebs don't look good on me so I stopped wearing them!(and started dying my hair, but that is another topic!

just woke up from a 2 1/2 hour nap, and I'm having a hot flash. The A/C in our apartment is set to 70 and working fine, but I'm burning up. Also some of my muscles are twitching. This has happened before, and asked my doctor about it. He says it because of my diet (not the healthiest, but I try) and the fact that since the gastric bypass, I can't absorb all the nutrients and stuff. But I think its because since my bypass, I think I've gotten to become hypoglycemic. sometimes its sorta like I go into sugar shock or something. I've tested my sugar, and it's always been a little on the low side. Gonna have to get tested again.

I hope you are feeling much better by now and that they can find out what is going on. Gotta watch what you eat after that surgery & take your vitimins!!

wow someone is finally on...

I gave up on Saturday night and watched Ironman with my kids. didn't see to many on last night either and I was on even later! Ya'll hiding on me?

we did early dinners this year....and early bedtimes....and we opened the parks most days....we were able to do alot before the crowds....oh, and there is an entertainer in the lounge at POR....he's great(very kid friendly...some people had their kids there till midnight! can you tell my kids don't stay up late )

We were the opposite. Took afternoon naps, stayed out late --closed the parks, & then slept in the next day. Less people later in the parks & lots cooler.

I have decided to try my hand at making silver jewelry as well as the bead jewelry. There is a starter kit I am going to get that will provide me with all the tools I need for $85. Once I have it all I will need is my creativity I figure I can make rings, pendants, bracelets and necklaces with the silver and crystals. The neat thing is I won't have to deal with molten silver because it is in a clay form that when it is fired in a kiln or with a butane torch the clay dissolves and leaves the silver behind in the shape that it is molded into. Once I get it I will show you all some of my work. Not sure though how long it will take to get it since the kits are on back order.

KIKI ... you amaze me! I have tons of ideas (and the stuff to do it as well) hiding everywhere in the house. Drives John crazy, but i never get it past the opening package and deciding to actually do it stage.
