I worked on an alternative to having to cut up a real butternut.... my DH bought some butternut soup and I used that to toss some farfalle pasta and shrimp in (shrimp cooked in chili oil forst!!) A little cheese on top...was pretty good. SOOooo much easier then cutting up that dang squash!

YUM!!!! And leftovers are always a plus!! (I thouht we'd have leftovers tonight...but DH REALLY liked the shrimp/pasta....guess thats good too....

Hey all you limey's. When I went down and gave blood this morning, they gave me a LIME GREEN flex bandage around my arm They also gave me this kewl ball cap with "United Blood Services" on the front, and on the back it's got an american flag and the words "we need more heroes". its pretty kewl looking.

You just reminded me...I think I signed up to do it tomoorw. Maybe it was next monday. They usually call me and remind me and I haven't gotten that call...hmmmm
