I have long since given up trying to explain why I KNOW I told her a few times that here is the place that I have found great deals and ideas. I just shake my head and and bite my tongue before I even start to talk to her

I don't begin to have that conversation with my mom. She just thinks I'm an internet genius- Yeah right far from it. No, DU and I were talking about having to reexplain the birds and the bees to da folks with what's said on tv. Not a fun job. I used to tell my mom to go ask her mom, but my grandma's deceased now I have to tell her.

(I work for the State - heck, we didnt even get cost of living for 3 years ...frozen.... this year we got 1.3%. woo hoo!!!!)

Yeah, I work for the Fed gov. We haven't had our budget signed & they are still discussing whether we will be furloughed for 10 days or not this year.

Man that so sucks!!!!!!!!!!!! I got furloughed when I worked for the Feds too (when I lived in Yourland!) Now we have the forced wo weeks off - only paid if you have the vacation...but still better than a furlough. Bleh - hoep it doesnt happen!

Wanted to let all know that Chip had to have 10 botox shots in his lower back yesterday to see if they can stop the muscles spasms he constantly has.

He thought one shot, they told him 6 when he got there and it ended up being 10 cause he was so tight. he told the doc he hated needles and don't show him it or there would be trouble and swinging. (someone was giving him a demerol shot for pain one time in his hip and hit the bone. No muscle there). Doc told him to hold on to the stainless steel bar while he was lying down. It was attached to the bed he was on.

He bent it 3 inches before the doc got done. Doc said he looked like the Hulk as the needles went in cause his shoulders and upper back muscles started to knot up & bulge!

Now we wait and see what happens.

NOT related to moi!!!! I dont even understand that picture??? My eye doc said my vision was 20/20 but I cant "see" whats going in there..... (That might be for the best...huh?)

Me too, but it's very possible. The next big question would be 10 days in a row or once a month. I'm hoping once a month, I could use the days off like that. Hopefully they'll pick Mondays off.

I give up! I get home from school, and PD's on the computer. when I get on she kicks me off so she can go on again. I will NEVER catch up at this rate! Grrrrrr! Okay, I'm picking a random page and going from there.
