Where have you been all my life! I've been obsessed with the duck since childhood. As an adult I realize it's because I relate to him perfectly! He's my bipolar soulmate. He's DM's favorite too and we are constantly trying to make sure he is represented more.

I have loved that sweet little plump naked butt duck ever since I was a Disney freak! (and that is a LONG time since we were there the opening week )

I just got bad news from dh. Our drs office called him yesterday to have him come in today. They got the information about the accident from the hospital & wanted to do a follow-up. Well it appears things are worse than we thought. They said his back is really messed up & want him to take PT. Also now they don't want him to drive at all anymore until he's finished with PT or gets special permission. They want him off work atleast 2 more weeks.

There was an accident on our street last night . Dh & ds were up the street being nosey & dh met one of the guys that was in his accident. This was the driver of the 2nd car-- his car was smashed luckily he was alone because anyone in the back seat would've been killed. Turns out he has 2 broken ribs along with his back & neck trouble-- and a totalled car.

Prayers and for DH. Maybe it's the change in season (dark earlier, more people on the road) that's causing all these accidents. Let's all be extra careful, OK?

Not sure if this is the right place to post since I'm not a member of the club, but how exactly should I wear my LGMH in WDW? Do you wear the entire paint chip or separate the ears from the background? Wouldn't want to wear anything tacky. Thanks.

to the ! That's totally your call about whether you want to keep the background or not. Most people have found it easier to keep it especially if they have a long user name. Some people like the simplicity of the ears alone. Either way its a win/win situation!

hehe....there's something about that duck! I'm currently trying to get pics of him in all his outfits. So far I've gotten AK safari, breakfastosaurus, chef, Mexican, DCL sailor, and of course his usual sailor suit. Hoping to get a pic with him in his Halloween costume at MNSSHP next week. I've also seen pics of him in a tux which is adorable! Wish I could find him dressed up like that.

I was actually fortunate enuf to get a pic during Christmas Patry of him in Sweater, scarf & knitted hat. He was tucked into the corner by barber shop so I was the only person to get a pic with him.
Oh Oh OH ... You would LOVE what is proudly displayed on my wall. A HUGE framed picture sorta thing! There are original sketching of him right thru to how he has developed into now. It also has 4 pins attached that show his emotions and I love it OH it is also #-ed so I know I am a proud owner of a one of a kind Donald display.

OH Mary Your whole family needs big luving right now! I know the problems that a bad back can cause. You push him to do that PT properly. Your lil ones will want to make sure he can pick them up for quite awhile yet! I sure hope his company has some sorta disability $$ so that he doesn't haffa worry about that as well.

And again ..... TOO many accidents for our DIS'er Stay off (and in this case) even away from the road!

Usually when I'm posting I'm replying to the things said earlier so I'm posting to myself because everyone's gone or finished talking so you'll see like 10 posts in a row from me. Sadly I won't be on too much longer.

Never could understand PL.

We won our second scrimmage today 4 to 3. Hate to see what practice is gonna be like on Thursday. Glad dh is finally off of work to take him. LOL I am wore out chasing the 2 little ones around. We had a soccer game and won 3 to 1 and ran right from there to hockey and didn't get home until till after 9:30. Good thing all 3 kids went to bed right away!!!!! Yeah!!

Know what you mean teresa. We had both boys hockey tonight. Soccer on wed, thur, then we have to choose where to practice on Fri night. One ds will probably go to hockey and the other to soccer which are all at the same time. Then we have 2 soccer games on Sat. I'm glad that we probably won't scrimmage for hockey quite yet. We've almost got our team picked except we are missing a goalie. Kind of important. I look forward to soccer ending though so we only have to focus on getting 2 boys to one sport. Much easier.
