How cool! Hildie is my absolute favorite. She just amazes me by how cool she is, nothing fazes her really-- she never gets dirty, she can do anything. I love Doug too, he's so funny. Also Frank! I'd like to work with Hildie & have Frank do my house. Yeah, Hildie & Doug got out of that experimental stage & actually do great work now. I love Faber & I love Andrew & Leslie-- she's my mom's favorite! I really miss Ty, but I do love his current show. I also miss Paige.

Btw, Hildie's even better than you think. Her dog's name is Pluto because her very favorite dog is the one & only !

I got to see Ty!!!! they did a house in philly back in march I think....my cousins DH did carpentry work for it..... he said it was a great experience..

My kids like the cheetah girls too. Krista thinks she is staying up Friday night to wacth #2. I think not since we are leaving at 6am so she has to be up earlier. or maybe I'll have her sleep in her clothes & throw her in the car..

You may laugh at that.....but we actually did that one year....made getting ready a lot easier!

I'm back. Sorry for dropping off the face of the earth for a while. It's so busy getting ready to go away. So much to do.

Well we head to Buffalo tomorrow to fly out early Friday. Just wanted to say goodbye to my fellow "limeys". Some I will see next week and others I hope to chat with when I return.

We do waterfalls!! They are rock slides in the Blue ridge mountians. The water runs straight down them and into pools. They are freezing cold, but great fun!

That is so cool!! I don't think we have anything like that around here.

I finally finished up my PRE-TRIP report! Just 3 more days until Disney World... and when I come back, let the actual trip report with so many pictures begin!!!!

Morning everyone.

Today I am going to be spending time playing with my new airbrush kit. Dh bought it for me yesterday so that I can make us some shirts for WDW . It has been a number of years since I last used one so I need to practice a bit first Don't want our shirts to look like muddy paint I promise to take pictures once I have some shirst done and post them here See you all later.

I just thought I would let y'all know that I have officially accepted my DIS addiction and snatched some LGMHs from Home Depot today. To top it off, a paint rep asked if there is anything he could help me with, and I just flashed the card at him and asked, "Do you have any spray paint in this color?" He looked at me like I had lost my mind and said, "The spray paint is on the next aisle, but I don't think we have any in that exact color." He then commenced to guiding me to the sray paint aisle where I found a Lime Green Sray Paint for indoor or outdoor that matched almost perfectly! I got so excited I said thank you, picked up the can, and immediately went to pick up another small stack of cards. I think I ended up with a little over 10.) (Just my guess.) I did leave some for the next DISer on Panama City Beach, Florida, if there is one.


Now y'all are asking me, "What was she wanting the lime green sray paint for?"
Well, I picked up a Minnie Mouse Ears headband at a yard sale and I got the brilliant idea of spray painting those ears lime green and wearing them while I am there 11/27/06-12/3/06 so you guys can find me....

to the Great swipin' Ya just haf to remember--NEVER leave a man behind-- its every LIMEY for him/her self! Great idea about the Minnie ears.

Won't be on as much the next week or so because the cost of the internet at the disney properties. HEADING TO DISNEY TOMORROW!!!!!! Man has it been torture not going to disney and being right here. How do people down here do it. Miss everyone lots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mary Good Luck on hopefully your new addition. I will be praying for you. I wish you all the best. We believe in adoption. My dh is adopted so it means a lot to us. We have been trying for almost a year to adopt an older child (atleast 2) Mi has hard rules. We had to put it on hold while my brother in laws were living with us. I plan on picking it up as soon as I get back in MI after labor day. Good luck. You certainly are a gift from God. It take a special person to adopt. I want pictures!!!!! We know about your other 3 kids now I have to see the newest one. Even if you pm me.

I was wondering how things are for you! Been missing reading about your daily adventures. Thanks for the kind words. How cool about dh! How cool about you & your family wanting to adopt! Best wishes with that! I spoke (emailed) my brother yesterday I'm supposed to get with him some time this weekend. I have to wait for it to be convenient for him-- he has 3 y/o twin sons so its got to be on their schedule(sigh). I might try & take him to Sears in the next couple of days to get some pictures too! That is what I plan to try to do. its the getting up around 4:30 ish am that is killing my stay up and do it nights! And I did PM for the list and it was the one I got off another site, so that is good.. I do have stuff piled, sorta, but also stuff keeps turning up missing and I have a stress moment trying to find it!

Like i said, it will get done, just maybe not neatly. And new clothes...! yeah! That is so wierd. I never get new stuff that someone else hasn't worn. Yahoo!

Kathy good luck with all the packing! I can't wait to hear how the kids reacted when they find out! Ok, since its so close maybe the stuff you put on the side should start going in suitcases so it doesn't disappear. Btw, dd1 and I go to the Goodwill ALL the time, we love it. Started going there to save money on kids clothes--they wear uniforms all day & what was the sense buying new clothes for them to play in 1-2 hrs a day after school. Now we go there all the time. DD1 says that her favorite store & she's always reminding me when its Super Saturday-- the last Sat. of the month, everything is 1/2 priced.

I just got home from running errands and while I was out Dh and I went to HD. I rescued 9 Alien LGMHPC's and 8 of the Sonic boom as well as two of every other color (to add to the garland I am making).
