Poor Kay-Why....that REALLY REALLY sucks!!!! Man, sometimes things like this get so bad...but hopefully , he will cool off and maybe it wont be too bad. I hate that he has your address too....we actually ended up moving years ago because a PSyCHO assasulted my husband (and threatened my kids...) long story but he did end up with jail time originally (in the second trail they changed it to parole and 5 year restraining order...) I couldnt sleep (he was our "neighbor"), he slashed our tires atleast 3 times, sugared our gas tank (lost a 5,ooo truck), stalked us thru a Target on my birthday, etc. so we sold our "dreamhouse" and moved to the next county. (And, believe it or not, formed a fake corperation to buy our house under - since pruchase records are public record.) Oh.....morning ramble - sorry...... Guess you just reminded me of this awful thing - and I'm the one who said we should be LIGHT and CHEERFUL (sorry guys....just want KY to watch out....good job on the finger prints!)

For christmas one year you should get him a minature jukebox (I have seen them in some of those novelty catalogs).

I would love too! But he HATES being called that! However it is so 'right on the money" with him!!!!!! Perfect name!

You know it must be a boy thing because my ds "Pumpkin" does the same. He's constantly singing or humming some song. We got him down to that over the years. Now he sings low enough that you can't quite make out the song which probably drives us even crazier because it just sounds like mumbles. He does keep us entertained when he's in the shower. Sometimes we turn down the tv to listen to him jam. Of course he doesn't just sing or hum he's got a little dance that goes with it. Again over the years we've gotten him to tone it down some. He must be a sight for strangers, its a wonder they're not pointing & laughing at the jerking mumbly boy.

Oh I wouldn't say it is just a boy thing. DsD does it too. When she is in her room you can hear her singing (off key and no melody at all). She also does it on car rides but does it so low you think you are hearing things at first

I just got a call from my hubby. Since I am getting out of the Navy soon he put in apps across the board and he got a GREAT offer from papa johns in orlando and he took it. I AM MOVING TO ORLANDO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I'll get back to you all later on. I'm flying to Houston at 12:00. Going to see the Cubbies(no, I don't have kids in houston this is that sucky baseball team). Roger Clemens is pitching for Houston so I don't think the Cubs have got a chance. I'll still be there rooting though .

Well, my cellphone has a camera option but I was on the phone w/911 and a little worried he was going to break my window and start beating me. If I'd been thinking a bit more clearly, I'd have snapped at least a photo of the positioning of the cars.

But, I did go to the courthouse today and....

Well, I have two options:

1) Go to the County Clerk office and see if they can look up his insurance
information via his name/address on his driver's license (by the way, the
person I spoke to - a retired prosecutor - was rather surprised the officer
didn't get insurance information). Then, I contact his insurance company
and see if they'll cover it.

2) If that gets me nowhere, he said I can come back and they'll file a
warrant as he did leave the scene of an accident and we'll go from there
(either into a mediation meeting or an actual hearing before a judge)

Sooo...I'll take another trip over at lunch tomorrow and try route #1 first.

Good luck with that. Go through his insurance. Try not to contact your insurance if you can because they will count that against you I believe even if they don't pay anything out. I'm surprised the officer didn't get the info either. Good luck!!!
