I have to get in on this Emily Litella thing....oh how I loved that skit. She would come on to give commentary during the news report segment, about some topic that meant a LOT to her (always based on a word play - misunderstanding of what some current phrase meant)....say "Violins in America" (my not be the exact title - but I kind of remember it casue I played the violin at the time...) She was SO passionate about the topic ex. "what's wrong with violins in Amercia, shouldnt we be encouraging children to play a musical instrument????" (but MUCH funnier than that...) She'd rant and rave unil the announcer (Jane Curtain) couldnt stand it anymore and would correct his misundertanding....to which she'd calmly reply....'nevermind' (but sometimes she'd aslo call her a nasty, witch-like word under her breath,,,, which was QUITE radical in the 70's. GREAT SUFF!!! :goodvibes

Everytime I see Jane Curtain, I always think of the line...."Jane, you ignorant...#@*$ !!!!" :rotfl: :rotfl2: :lmao: (Hope I spelled that last word right.) ;)

Uh oh, sounds like lots of stops to have the kids run laps! :rotfl:

Or for Teresa and her hubby to get out of the vehicle for a bit of quiet while the kids are strapped in! :thumbsup2

Love the LGMH. I have never seen a Buzz Lightyear like that before :cool1: :thumbsup2 I doubt my bears would fit on a window sill that size so I may have to figure something else out :confused3
You could put some type of string behind them and tye the string to the curtain to hold them in place.

Actually...no.
I use the same screen name as my AOL IM, which I created years ago when I was still in the :cloud9: newlywed stage.
My DH's personalized licence plate is "Macross", hence my screen name "macrosswife". Get it? Yeah, yeah, I know....I was young and naive back then. :love2:
When people ask, I just tell them that Macross island is a small island in the South Pacific. In reality, it has more to do with a Japanese Anime series that DH was moderatly obsessed with. (I'd complain, but you know the old saying about people living in glass houses... :rotfl: ) Every now and then someone makes the connection, but it's very, very rare. Although, living in the Alabama version of Silicon Valley, it actually happens more frequently that it should...

So...sorry...nothing nearly as remotely exciting as possibly being related to you! :guilty:

Added you to my AIM list. If you mind let me know. I am kristaand3boys! kathy

I don't know if you all are going to laugh or think it is great or both but I just have to tell you what I recently got. First a bit of back ground info ~ a couple of Christmas' ago Dh started getting me bears from Build A Bear. I now own 2 bears and one bunny. ~ Onto my recent purchases ~ Drum roll please :rockband: I have the Tink outfit (Lime green of course), Cinderella outfit, Jasmine outfit, and the Snow White outfit for one of my bears and for the other bear I have the Buzz Lightyear. For the bunny I have the Sleeping Beauty outfit (it is pink and looks best on the bunny) :rotfl: :rotfl:

I think it's very :smooth: !!!!
I was just at Build-A-Bear Wednesday! I always wander around the store for the longest time...I desperatly want one to keep in my classroom, but I can't ever think of a good name! (I know! Stupid reason to not get one, but that's been my hang-up all summer!! )

So did you just recently buy the outfits, or is one of the animals new, too?

My DH rented an ECV, and I said, "If only I had wheelies, you could be pulling me around this place!" :moped: .

Where did you rent from? I am thinking of going with Randy's cause DH will need a heavy duty one! :)
