Have you tried using Chaser (it is a pill you take before drinking wine to keep from getting a headache).

Ive nver heard of that - how does it work? where do you get it> Interesting.

I have always had trouble with wine don't know why. It causes an instant migrane. Everyone drinks wine in my family but me. I used to drink beer but since I had em it makes me ill. So its Tequilla all the way!!!!!!

I like wine if it's good. There's a winery not far from here, used to be called Cherry Valley Vineyards, now it's called Sorrenti's after the owners I guess. Theirs is the only wine that has never given me a headache. They say it's something about the sulfites in making it... they have a lot less, so no headaches. I don't know.. but they make some killer spumantes!

But, Jose Cuervo is also a friend of mine!! So things aren't so bad for you!

I remember the best tip I ever got in college - to drink a cup or better yet two...) of water before going to bed after a night of drinking, not matter what. since I started doing that I never get headaches after drinking - unless Im so out of it I forget to drink the water! Hey guess what I get some mommy time today. All by myself. Actually going to go and scrapbook for 5 hours today. bonus I'm doing my disneyland pics from 2 years ago. I should be good and relaxed and ready to start printing off itineraries, maps to grocery stores, etc.

Cody is on his way back to the grandparents for another week of spoiling. This way he won't have to get exposed to anything at daycare before we get him all better. Brody is on his way home. Can't wait till tonight for a big old snuggle with him. Life is half way back to normal here. Hoping that in another week this chaos is all just a fond memory.

Yup ... it's the dehydration that causes the headaches ... Unfortunately, something about White Wine gives me a headache regardless of how much water I drink.

Anything else though, the glass-o-water rule works like a champ.

Oh yeah, if its only the white (sorry missed that before) than that probably is the histamines - white supposed to have alot more than red. My sis cant drink it for that reason - fortuanly she likes red bettre - for me it would be QUITE the bummer.
