I'd love to introduce you two but you just returned from the World not too long ago and we are leaving this week. Do you and your mom want to take another road trip?

It's okay Pixie Mom, I am the same way! My poor son probably thinks that I am the meanest mom in the world.

What is even worse, I work in the same school he attends and have to teach him in class. That can be rough at times.

In all honesty, he is a pretty good kid!

I got married last Nov 19. Didnt have the money to go anywere. But DH finally got a job!!! He had been looking since he got out of grad school but finally got something I wanted a Disney wedding but could not afford it so we did it localy and it turned out great. So now we are going with free dining!! DH hasn't been in over 20 years and we've never stayed onsite before. I cannot wait!!

Congratulations, my anniversary is 11/10. We never went on a honeymoon either. We had both started new jobs & the best we could do was a long weekend. We're going on 16 yrs this yr. 16 llllllllllllllllllllllllllloooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggg years!

He already said he would wear lgmhpc for me!!

He's a keeper!

WELL folks.. looks like my disney dream has come to an end... only after a week of booking i have to cancel my trip... needless to say I can hardly talk about it...crying so hard.. but hubby decided we have more bills that are prioraty.. (which i guess he is right) but i lovvvvvvve disney and it was going to be my first trip for my lil girl..which makes it even harder... how do i tell my kids we just couldnt afford it after all....***sigh*** man so hard... i dont even want to see there face... oh my so anyways.... you all have a great time there over the holidays... maybe next year our dream will come true... thank you all for the warm welcome tho...

I'm so sorry you've had to cancel your trip! Look on the bright side if you start saving now & planning for sometime next year you might be able to save up more money & stay longer. I have a special bank that I got at Disney & the kids know that that's the money for Disney bank. This way they can feel a part of it. Maybe you all can do some things over the next couple of months or year that will really earn some cash & the girls can feel like they helped. Maybe have a couple of flea mkts & sell baked goods. That way maybe dh won't feel as bad spending so much money. My kids are supposed to be gearing up for a flea mkt next month.

Thanks. I just got back from doing a few chores, and hit HD while I was out. I swiped 20 LGMHPC'S and a rainbow of Mickeys for my kids. I just can't get over the guilt though. I took only half of what was there in LG, and I BOUGHT a roll of LG masking tape for decoration. Gotta keep HD in business, right?

Cool! My dh suprised me with some lgmhs when I got home. He had dd1 run in HD & get them. She got about 12. She needs more training though. I had to tell her again, next time take ALL the lgmhs. She also brings a handfull of the other colors which I don't need, but dd2 is enjoying them. Aye she did well on her 2nd trip, but apparently her training isn't complete yet.

Hi. I have 8 days until WDW and I think I just broke the middle toe on my left foot. Arrrgghhh!!! I *KNEW* something like this was going to happen to one of us! This ought to be fun.

I did a stinkerbelle's mom's DH. Actually, I kicked my son's bedpost. It hurts a lot but feels better with ice on it. I'm 99% reasonably sure it's broken, having broken toes a number of times before. This SUCKS!!! Good thing most of my pre-trip errand-running is done, so I can avoid moving it too much for the next couple of days, but dang it....I don't want to be in pain with all the walking I'm going to have to do at WDW!!!

I agree with Stinkerbelle's mom...ice and elevation.

This also sounds like something I would do...kicking something and breaking a bone. (Been there done that!)
