The guy on Law & Order had it this year...he wore a patch over his eye! I thought it was a virus caused that!

Wow that's pretty amazing. Didn't know about the virus part. I haven't kept up with it. I was going to that web site for a while to get information but it was too depressing. Everyone kept feeling sorry for themselves & just made me depressed. Believe me they have every right to be scared, but because mine took so long coming back the 2nd time I didn't need anything else dragging me down.

My dh told me that the announcer JR on wrestling had it recently like last summer or something. One thing about having it twice I pick up on people's facial expressions a lot more.

P.S. I DAAAAARE central Florida to be hotter than what it was here today. 118 degrees (hubby's car thermometer measured 120 in a few spots), about 45% humidity with thunderstorms threatening all day. It was HOTTTTT.

Guess what else. THIS is the day our air conditioner decides to go on the fritz!! Imagine, if you will, the effectiveness of three medium fans

in defense of the weather conditions mentioned above. We are very CLEAN today from taking so many

showers.

NO WAY!!!!POOR THINGS!!! IS the AC back on now? Hope so!! Were you able to get some extra Aquanet to cover your extra needs - what with all those showers and all?? REALLY hope so!

Wow - you are so DANG organized! I'm going to need some advice form you in about 25 days or so!

Thirteen new pages today...NO WAY am I going to get caught up! Welcome new people; thanks for the laughs, regulars. I've been doing trip-prep work today: made luggage tags, worked on DD's birthday shirt iron-on transfer, pushed back an ADR time, paid bills, taped all the tops of any leak-able bottles going into the luggage, filled 7-day pill-organizer with vitamins and thyroid medicine, & sorted all the best socks from the bad to know which ones to take on the trip. I like planning ahead! If I pretend I need to get everything done by tomorrow. then it magically gets done in 10 days, which is actually as long as it really takes.

this cracked me up! The highlight of Orlando is a fish tank at the Airport!!!!!!!

He is fine! I told Little Lord faunteroy to go to bed!!!!! He CAN fly First Class when he gets a job!
Funny thing but he never ever ever crys....maybe 3 times I can remember...and they were all over the silliest things!
One time he had a breakdown cause I wouldn't let him watch the Exorcist! He was about 8 at the time!

Hey, I might cry if it gets me on firstclass - NEVER been there or done that!

I got to sit in first-class ONE time! And it was only because I was flying alone (I was about 11) and the flight attendant told me, "to just sit right here" (pointing to a first-class seat) until she could show me where my seat was. To make the story short, she never did show me my seat & I got to stay there the whole flight.
