our secret green club? Part 2

Just had a tornado touch down 2 miles north of us. Torrential rain again. Water rescues all over on the roads. It might be kind of comical if it wasn't happening to us. We are on tornado watch right not but it looks like it's blowing away from us now.

On a good note scrapshack took in a little seepage around the door frame but all contents inside safe and sound. Whew.

I guess they are now reporting that we have gotten an entire years worth of precipitation in the last couple of days. We have been in a drought so long that this is just wild. Got to go back to the basement.

Glad to hear you're all safe. Must be very scary for you.

I didn't try that, but the best advice we got was to take a shoe bag for the back of the door. Helped keep lots of little things organized & kept the bathroom clean.

I should pick up one of those too...darn it I was just at the $1 store too...but I'll be back!!! There's always room for another trip to the dollar store!

EVEN YOUNG Euros are

Since there has been a HUGE Russian population surge in NYC...It is not only very common to see speedos on the beach.....IT IS ALSO VERY COMMON TO SEE PEOPLE TAKE THEM OFF & GET CHANGED RIGHT THERE IN FULL VIEW!!!! :earseek:

Last week I saw some guy changing his pants in the walmart parking lot. Not hiding or anything. Go figure. :confused3

The International Rules of Manhood

2: It is OK for a man to cry ONLY under the following circumstances: a When a heroic dog dies to save its master. b The moment Angelina Jolie starts unbuttoning her blouse. c After wrecking your boss's car. d One hour, 12 minutes, 37 seconds into "The Crying Game". e When she is using her teeth. f When your sports team wins the championship.

What about watching the last 3 minutes of "The Way We Were"?

I gotta tell ya, DISUNC, you have out done yourself on this one. I am seriously thinking of emailing it to DH..

i love the $ store. Been buying lots of glow sticks, tink gifts there. I guess I'll have to check out some of these room organization tips.

Well tornado watch is now over for us. Thank heavens was only a small one that touched down. Damage is mainly at a campground. Haven't heard that there were injuries. Starting to rain again. My gosh aren't you all glad I don't report the weather from Seattle or something.

I'm feeling really claustorphobic in the house right now. 4 days trapped in my house with my boys is enough. Thank heavens for work in the morning. Still have sick kiddo here though.

Disunc I did not see it addressed on the creedo about guys giving the pat on the behind during sports events. What's that all about? :confused3

Hey Everyone! I went lime green shopping today!! Lime green crocs, lime green tennis shoes, lime green socks, WOOOOOOOO AND lime green pants!!

I love it. Where on earth did you find lime green pants? :goodvibes

I suggested a family uniform during our trip and got rapidly vetoed. I guess if anyone is going to be green it will have to be me. Ds 1 will have his limey crocs though.

Hello Everyone!!

I'm not fortunate enough to have a laptop with me, but I had to transfer some money from one account to another (ALREADY!!)... I'm using the hotel's business office's puters that they allow the guests to use, so I thought I'd pop in to say hi! :wave2:

This is my last day off-property and we can't wait to get to Disney!

First day, before even getting to the hotel, we went to Sea World. My DD insisted. We got there just after 10:00am (the plane landed about 9:10.. no waiting for the car rental shuttle, and only about 5 minutes in the car rental office), of course neither of us slept at all the night before so we were exhausted (especially her) so we only made it until about 2:30. We had a late lunch at the Underwater Sharks Grill. After I finished lunch I woke her up (she fell asleep there) and we left and checked into the hotel.
We got a really nice pool view room (main pool, building 1000). I figured we'd stay in and rest/sleep.... Noooo.. she wanted to go down to the pool, which we did until dark. Then sleep.

Second day we went to cocoa beach.. and almost drowned in thunderstorms. They lasted, unlike most rains here. We squeezed ourselves out and went to the Kennedy Space center instead. Stayed till closing. Still raining so no pool We went to sleep early, about 10.

Yesterday went back to the Astronauts museum for our 2nd day pass... had a better time there than the Space Center. My dd loved the simulators. Then we went back to cocoa beach. The weather was great. We stayed until the tide was coming in too much.. then went back to the hotel pool until just after 11:00.
Today was Sea World again.. then Pirate's Adventure, which we both loved! My dd did a little part where the kids wear redcoats (the british... ahhh!).. and shot the pirates.

Now I'm here writing this (my dd is on the other computer with the paint program..lol).. we should be up and packing to go to Animal Kingdom tomorrow!.

I don't know when I'll be back on. I'll never be able to keep up with all the pages you guys are doing... You're ALL nuts (some nuttier than others.. and I'm not naming any Lime-green names).

Miss reading you all! Can't wait for Disney tomorrow.. we're staying in the resort ALL DAY tomorrow. We have an ADR at Boma for dinner.. we'll eat at the Mara for lunch. Just lounging.... whew... I'm tired!

"See" you all soonish.
BYE :wave2:

Dont be suprised if he already KNOWS the creedo!

Oh, I'm sure he doesn't, he was always wanting to get a Speedo. I had to break him of that desire! :sad2:

I don't think you'll like him anymore --- we went by a HD yesterday & he wouldn't stop to get more LGMHs :sad2: Can you believe it, he actually had the nerve to say "I have enough!" :faint:
