Hey all! Pretty new to this thread-never posted. I had to run some errands today and oh my,I had to go right by Home Depot,sooooo...I couldn't fight the urge,had to go in and get some paint chips. Well,i was pretty disappointed when i got to the paint section.only 1 left...of course i took it..all the while thinking to myself "mine,all mine."..now i'll just have to go back in a week to see if they have stocked.

The croc site is slow if you are ordering directly from them. It took me awhile too.

Hey, did you all know that Orlando Airport has a Croc store in it. I never realized how comfy they were until our trip home on July 17th. We got to the airport early and found that store and we all tried on many. So if anyone is passing through, they had all kinds with lots of sizes.

in a coffee shop there or something. There is an

Enchanted Call scheduled for DD at 6:30 a.m. (on my cell phone, lol) and after that is completed, we will board the plane! It's a long flight (5 hrs) but we will keep busy

as well as sleeping and eating our picnic lunch (because I am not paying $5 on the plane for a sandwich that doesn't taste as good as one I can make myself). We land about 3:05 p.m. EDT, will grab our rental car

, head to the resort, and then to AK...and the adventure begins!

some trip notes as I go, so as not to forget anything and will also

lots of pictures! I'll have the

with me, so will probably check in briefly a couple of times over the week.

I ordered a Passporter today. It should be here in the next week. I also was trying to order some new crocs but I have been having trouble with my internet being slow ( we have DSL so it shouldn't be slow). Hopefully by the time I go to bed tonight I will be able to get them ordered. Dh had a dr's appointment today with the podiatrist. He had an ingrown toenail that needed to be taken care of. Now he is sitting on the couch with his foot propped up. He had asked me a while ago to help change the bandage silly man he should know by now that I don't like dealing with that kind of thing . I couldn't even stand to watch him donate blood Atleast it is something he can do himself.

Oh well back to trying to order those shoes

Yuck! Lucky for my dh that dd1 has become such a great caretaker. She helped him take care of his foot when he got hurt.

The handshake is no more than a bonus for those deserving members who post 500 or more. DISUNC is our limey king, and we all obey him, however he is currently in the motherland, and he left me in charge. Jesse takes over for me while I am away.
