Our plan

Is this too much. Our trip is short 5 days. I'm focusing on magic kingdom because it's just dd6 & 1. It's may 9-13
Day one arrive 1130 at moo hopefully at mk by 3rd stay until need to go to adr at 810 at Park fare watch lagoon show head back to wl.
Day 2 epcot Adr 730 at Kona get epcot by 9th
Stay until 230-3 rest for 3 hours return stay for illuminations.
Day 3 mk crystal palace at 830.
Stay until 330. Go back rest adr at 8 at whispering canyon head back to mk for late night. (9pm-12)

Day 4 mk head out earlier get there for opening show lunch at bog head back at 3 switch to akl hang out at hotel pool rest.

Day 5 start out at Hollywood studio 820 adr h & v stay until noon switch to animal kingdom
Until 4 then head back to akl magical express pick up around 5pm. Everyday but last & first have a good rest day. Any suggestions?

It sounds really good... did I read that you are switching resorts from WL to AKL? Or just heading to AK at 3pm?

AK (IMO) you want to do in the early part of the day, you have a better chance of seeing the animals on the safari if you are there in the morning... they close at 5 or 6 (I think), so if you are arriving at 3pm, you may not have a lot of time to do what you wanted there...

We're switching resorts to akl sorry so only half a day on the last day. We added a day so I thought why not a change getting a savannah view which I'm excited about.

There is no way our family could do that many late nights followed by early mornings even though our kids are always up early. Figure you will not be back at your resort and into bed until 10:30pm day 1 and day 2. Day 3 if you stay until midnight you might be to bed by 1am. Then day 2 you need to leave your resort at 6:30am, day 3 at 7:30am, day 4 by 8am (unless MK opens earlier), and day 5 by 7:20am. Even with naps, that's too much for us, but maybe your kids can handle it? Just keep in mind that if your kids don't end up napping as long as expected, you may have to forego Illuminations or the late night at MK.

Day 5 I would either do DHS or AK, not both. If your kids were older, maybe, but with little ones that would be too much for us since you only have until 4pm. Since you're staying at AKL, I'd do AK that day.
