I have been away for far too long and just want to pipe in and say hello to everyone!

Jen, I am glad your surgery went well and you are recovering. (A little trip to WDW will certainly make you feel wonderful! I also heard from Lindsey that the Ts are adorable. I am having her put them in a Halloween gift basket for us. Thanks so much for doing all that! I can't wait to see them.

Lindsey, I am hoping that Jax is all better now. I just read through your TR yesterday and found out that he was sick. Poor baby!

I just finished up 2 more masters classes and school starts on Monday. I teach technology to elementary kids. Love it!! One more class and I'm done! YAY!!!
We also got a new doggie member of our family. His name is DIZ, as in the DIS, Disney, Walter Disney. He is really cute!! I am trying to attach a picture but it has been so long that I forgot how. I put his pictures in my Shutterfly account already. Is that the one that everyone uses? Could someone give me a quick reminder? Thanks!!!

I can't believe that we have only a few, well 6 or so, short weeks!!! Yay!!!

Other than that things are going well here. I just bought a Cirque du Soleil ticket for my first night that I get to Disney. Anyone else have any exciting plans for their trip?

The whole trip is exciting! But lets see... on the 4th I made reservations at the Spirit of Aloha dinner show and we're looking forward to that, as well as being able to sneak a peek at the Poly The only other 'out of the ordinary' thing planned would be a day trip to the Space Centre on the 6th.

You are so right, I shouldnt of said it like that. I'm so excited for this whole trip its going to be a blast from begining to end. Thats awesome you are going to the Spirit of Aloha show. It's quite large and filled with all kinds of Disney candy and it surrounded by Mickey candy bars! I thought it would be a great idea for us because that way we can all have some nice trick-or-treat candy for our Halloween party! I'll make sure we design the Candy Cake Halloween themed too! It'll be about $60 after delivery and tax, so we'll split that between everyone, who wants to participate and get a lot of yummy candy! I will need to have the money before the party because I will have to pay for it when I put the order in. Please let mw know who wants to join in!

Wow, it seems weird to have nothing to do when I got home. So here I am. I did figure out that my albums are on Photobucket. That was all I needed. Now....ta da... here's Diz....

Isn't he so darn cute!!

Until tomorrow anyway, then he is getting completely shaved because of all the mats in his hair. Poor little guy! But I am happy that he is with us and not in the animal shelter any more.


About the candy cake, unless it has a LOT of dark chocolate on it I'm not really interested. Yes, I'm a chocolate snob , sorry. Ok I'll settle for caramel also.

Lindsey that candy cake is so cute! I can't wait to see what it looks like in person with the halloween theme. I can see that there are the mickey bars on the outside...is there candy on the inside too? We are going to have tons of left over candy. Mmmmm I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
