I can't believe how fast have moved since making the decision. Jaki contacted the seller with our offer last night and they accepted it immediately. She sent the paper work to both parties today and we've both sent it back already.

Tomorrow she takes it to Disney, so now we slow down and wait. All prayers and pixie dust will be appreciated.

Hopefully soon you can welcome us home!

Congratulations on your offer being accepted!!! I am going through Jaki as well and we just cleared the ROFR (only took 2 weeks, but it was an ugly 2 weeks waiting)!! I thought I would be so releaved once ROFR cleared, but now I am stuck waiting for title and all that other closing stuff. I won't feel good until I make that first ressie.

The best of luck to you against the ROFR, I'm sure you'll be fine!!!

Congrats 5infam!!!!!

We're getting (hopefully) 200 pts at VWL with a use-year of March. All the points for 2003 and 117 pts from 2002 are available.

We offered our sellers $70/point, they were asking $72.

We're paying closing and maintenance fees on the 200 pts for 2003.
